Everything You Need to Know
Brewing
Place 1–2 tea bags in 500ml of cold or iced water. Refrigerate for 4–8 hours, then remove the bags and enjoy. For a quicker brew, steep in room-temperature water for 15–30 minutes.
Our tea bags are designed for cold brewing. Cold water extraction preserves the purest flavour — smoother and more refined. You can use hot water, but cold brew gives the best results.
We recommend 250–500ml per tea bag. Use 250ml for a stronger brew, 500ml for a lighter flavour.
Once the bags are removed, brewed cold brew tea keeps in the fridge for 2–3 days. For the best flavour, enjoy it as soon as possible.
Products
No added sugar. Sosia Tea uses only natural tea leaves and fruit botanicals. Any sweetness comes entirely from natural ingredients — no artificial sweeteners or added sugar.
Each box contains 12 tea bags, each weighing 3g — enough for 12 drinks (500ml each).
Unopened tea bags have a shelf life of 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use as soon as possible and store in a sealed container.
Sosia Tea is for anyone who loves fresh, flavourful drinks. Note that tea naturally contains some caffeine. If you are pregnant or have specific health concerns, please consult a doctor.

Cold Brew Science
Cold brewing extracts less caffeine and tannins than hot water, resulting in a smoother, less bitter taste. The antioxidants in cold brew tea are comparable to hot brew. Both methods retain the natural benefits of tea leaves — it comes down to preference.
Yes, cold brew tea contains caffeine, but generally less than hot-brewed tea because cold water extracts caffeine more slowly. A 500ml Sosia Tea cold brew typically contains 20–40mg of caffeine — much less than a cup of coffee (80–120mg).
Iced tea is hot-brewed tea poured over ice — it extracts quickly but can taste bitter. Cold brew tea steeps directly in cold water for 4–8 hours, resulting in a naturally smoother, sweeter taste with no bitterness. No ice dilution either.
You can reuse the tea bags for a second brew, but expect a lighter flavour. We recommend using the same bag with 250–300ml of cold water for the second steep, refrigerating for 6–8 hours.
